1. Agreement
By downloading or playing Beyond the Threshold ("the Game") you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). Where they differ, Apple's agreement prevails for anything it covers.
2. Licence
THEOMİ grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to use the Game on Apple devices you own or control. Except where the law allows it, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Game or its content.
3. Ownership
The Game, its characters, story, art, sounds and code belong to THEOMİ or its licensors. Third-party assets are used under their own licences (see Licences).
4. Health warning
The Game contains flashing lights, fast-moving visual effects and vibration. A very small number of people may have seizures when exposed to certain light patterns, even with no history of epilepsy. If you or anyone in your family has had seizures, consult a doctor before playing. Stop playing immediately and see a doctor if you feel dizzy, have blurred vision, eye or muscle twitches, disorientation or any involuntary movement. Take a break every hour and stay aware of your surroundings while playing.
5. Fiction
The Game is entirely fictional and contains stylised combat against robots. Any resemblance to real people, organisations or events is coincidental.
6. No warranty
The Game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or always available. Test (TestFlight) versions are unfinished and may contain bugs or lose progress.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, THEOMİ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from the use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the Game and these terms; the current version is always in the Game and on our website. Your licence ends if you break these terms; you can end it at any time by deleting the Game.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country you live in.

1. Kabul
Beyond the Threshold'u ("Oyun") indirerek veya oynayarak bu koşulları ve Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ni (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) kabul etmiş olursunuz. Apple sözleşmesinin kapsadığı konularda, farklılık varsa o geçerlidir.
2. Lisans
THEOMİ, Oyunu sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple cihazlarında kullanmanız için size kişisel, ticari olmayan ve devredilemez bir lisans verir. Yasaların izin verdiği durumlar dışında Oyunu veya içeriğini kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, satamaz veya dağıtamazsınız.
3. Mülkiyet
Oyun; karakterleri, hikâyesi, görselleri, sesleri ve koduyla THEOMİ'ye veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Üçüncü taraf içerikler kendi lisanslarıyla kullanılır (bkz. Lisanslar).
4. Sağlık uyarısı
Oyun yanıp sönen ışıklar, hızlı görsel efektler ve titreşim içerir. Çok az sayıda kişi, daha önce epilepsi geçmişi olmasa bile, bazı ışık desenleriyle karşılaştığında nöbet geçirebilir. Sizde veya ailenizde nöbet öyküsü varsa oynamadan önce doktorunuza danışın. Baş dönmesi, bulanık görme, gözde veya kaslarda seğirme, yönelim kaybı ya da istemsiz hareket hissederseniz hemen oynamayı bırakın ve doktora başvurun. Her saat mola verin ve oynarken çevrenize dikkat edin.
5. Kurgu
Oyun tamamen kurgudur ve robotlara karşı stilize çatışma içerir. Gerçek kişi, kurum veya olaylarla olabilecek benzerlikler tesadüftür.
6. Garanti yoktur
Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Hatasız veya her zaman erişilebilir olacağını garanti etmeyiz. Test (TestFlight) sürümleri tamamlanmamıştır; hata içerebilir veya ilerleme kaybolabilir.
7. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Yasaların izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde THEOMİ, Oyunun kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan ya da veri kaybından sorumlu değildir. Bu koşullar, sözleşmeyle sınırlanamayan tüketici haklarınızı kısıtlamaz.
8. Değişiklik ve sona erme
Oyunu ve bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; güncel hali her zaman Oyunda ve web sitemizdedir. Koşullara uymazsanız lisansınız sona erer; Oyunu silerek istediğiniz zaman sona erdirebilirsiniz.
9. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir; yaşadığınız ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma hükümleri saklıdır.
