This policy covers Beyond the Threshold ("the Game"), developed by THEOMİ ("we").
1. Data we collect
None. The Game does not collect, store on any server, share or sell personal data. There are no accounts, sign-ins or registration.
2. What stays on your device
Your settings (volume, vibration, language), your selected character and your best result are saved only on your device. They are never sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the Game removes them; you can also clear your progress with "Reset progress" in Settings.
3. No ads, analytics or tracking
The Game contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking tools, no third-party data-collecting SDKs and no in-app purchases. We do not access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
4. Network
The Game works offline and does not send data over the internet.
5. Apple
Downloading the Game through the App Store or TestFlight is subject to Apple's own privacy policy. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may share anonymous crash reports and usage statistics with us; we use them only to fix problems.
6. Children
We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.
7. Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You can still contact us about privacy at any time, including under the GDPR or Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published in the Game and on our website, with a new "last updated" date.

Bu politika, THEOMİ ("biz") tarafından geliştirilen Beyond the Threshold ("Oyun") için geçerlidir.
1. Topladığımız veriler
Hiçbiri. Oyun kişisel veri toplamaz, herhangi bir sunucuda saklamaz, paylaşmaz ve satmaz. Hesap, giriş veya kayıt yoktur.
2. Cihazınızda kalanlar
Ayarlarınız (ses, titreşim, dil), seçtiğiniz karakter ve en iyi sonucunuz yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; bize veya başka birine gönderilmez. Oyunu silmek bunları da siler; ilerlemenizi Ayarlar'daki "İlerlemeyi sıfırla" ile de silebilirsiniz.
3. Reklam, analiz ve takip yok
Oyunda reklam, analiz veya takip aracı, veri toplayan üçüncü taraf yazılım (SDK) ve uygulama içi satın alma yoktur. Cihazınızın reklam kimliğine (IDFA) erişmeyiz ve sizi başka şirketlerin uygulama ya da web sitelerinde takip etmeyiz.
4. İnternet
Oyun çevrimdışı çalışır ve internet üzerinden veri göndermez.
5. Apple
Oyunu App Store veya TestFlight üzerinden indirmeniz Apple'ın kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir. Cihaz ayarlarınızda uygulama geliştiricileriyle analiz paylaşmayı seçtiyseniz Apple bizimle anonim çökme raporları ve kullanım istatistikleri paylaşabilir; bunları yalnızca hataları düzeltmek için kullanırız.
6. Çocuklar
13 yaşından küçük çocuklar dahil hiç kimseden bilerek veri toplamayız.
7. Haklarınız
Hakkınızda hiçbir kişisel veri tutmadığımız için erişilecek, düzeltilecek veya silinecek bir veri yoktur. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve GDPR kapsamındakiler dahil, gizlilikle ilgili her konuda bize yine de yazabilirsiniz.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse yeni hali, yeni bir "son güncelleme" tarihiyle Oyunda ve web sitemizde yayınlanır.
